■ ジャワ中部地震被災地支援プロジェクト ■
夢っくすは、国際大学のインドネシア留学生と共に、2006年5月27日に発生したジャワ中部地震の被災地の子どもたち支援プロジェクトに取り組んできました。皆さまからお寄せいただいた義援金、総額317,441円（第1期267,000円・第2期50,441円）は、全額、国際大学の留学生を通じて現地に届け、ジョグジャカルタにあるガジャマダ大学の学生たちと夢っくすの共同事業として、子どもたちへの文房具、奨学金として使い、残った義援金で現地の小学校の中に夢っくす文庫を作りました。このページでは、義援金を現地に届けたガジャマダ大学のデリファさんからのリポートを中心にご紹介しています。皆さまのご協力に心よりお礼申し上げます。 デリファさんからの現地リポート２ 2006年12月Dear UMEX members: 夢っくすの皆さんへ How are you? Today I wanna say thank you for the rest of donation transfer to my bank account last month. The total of money from the transfer is about Rp 3.900.000. お元気ですか？先月、ジャワ地震の追加義援金約390万ルピアを受領いたしました。ありがとうございました。 Then I with my friends, Ratna from pharmacy faculty and Peppy from Geography faculty cooperate together to create small library in one elementary school in prambanan-Jogja. We buy strory books, science books and a rack. Then on last Saturday (December 9th, 2006) We distribute the books and a rack to Bokoharjo Elementary School. 私は同じ大学の2人の友人と一緒に、絵本や科学の本と書棚を買い、12月9日にプランバナンにあるボコハルジョ小学校に届けました。  The interesting thing is we also give stamp to every book titled UGM &
UMEX. Therefore I and my friends can make sure that the books are maintain
well. The headmaster said thank you very much for the donation especially
for UMEX which organize the fund raising. She said that they will be waiting
for your visit to watch the real condition of the school after disaster.
Here I also give you the documentation of books distribution. So you also
can give report to UMEX member about the distribution of rest donation.
私は、購入したすべての本に「UGM&UMEX」のスタンプを押しました。これで購入した本は大切に使われると思います。校長先生は、義援金を集めてくださった夢っくすにお礼と、それから、皆さんがいつか学校を訪れ、震災後の状況を見てくださることをお待ちしていますと言っていました。 Just remind you that one student from MM-UGM will come to IUJ on the end of December 2006, her name is Riana. Maybe you can get more information about Jogja from her. Even though she did not joint in the donation distribution project, but I believe she know much about recovery process in Jogja. 12月の終わりに、ガジャマダ大学の学生が１人、国際大学へ行きます。彼女の名前はリアナといいます。たぶん、皆さんは、彼女からもっと詳しいジョグジャカルタの情報を聞くことができると思います。彼女は、義援金の活動に加わっていませんが、ジョグジャカルタの復興状況については、十分に説明できると思います。 Hope we can keep in touch and one day we can meet in Indonesia especially in Jogja. I inform you that I plan to graduate from UGM in March 2007. Maybe I will move to Jakarta (Capital City) to find a good job. | デリファさんからの現地リポート１ 2006年8月 Dear UMEX members: 夢っくすの皆さん： Konnichiwa..I hope you are in good condition. First I want to say very sorry because I am very late to give you the report. Today I am very happy because I can bring good news about donation report. 2 days ago (August 10th 2006), some MM-UGM student who were joint in the donation distribution committee already distribute the donation to the victims in Bantul-Jogjakarta. こんにちは。皆さんお元気でお過ごしのことと思います。最初に、レポートが遅くなったことお詫びします。今日、私は、8月10日にガジャマダ大学義援金分配委員会の学生たちが、バントゥル-ジョグジャカルタの被災者に義援金をお届けした報告ができることをとても嬉しく思います。 Follows is complete donation report: Reacting to the earth quake disaster in Jogjakarta-Indonesia last May 27th 2006, UMEX immediately raised donations for the victims. I as representative of Indonesian student especially as Exchange Student from UGM (Gadjah Mada University) Jogjakarta in IUJ for Spring term and on behalf of UMEX members have responsibility to brought back that donation to Indonesia and distribute to the affected area in Bantul-Jogjakarta in August 2006. 下記のとおり、義援金のご報告いたします。2006年5月27日、中部ジャワ地震の発生直後から、夢っくすは、募金活動を開始しました。私はインドネシア学生としてのみならず、被災地にあるガジャマダ大学の交換留学生代表として、そして夢っくすの代理として、インドネシアに義援金を持ち帰り、8月にバントゥル-ジョグジャカルタ被災地に寄付を届けました。 In first planning, I will distribute all donations as a package of bag and stationary to elementary students in affected area. But considering the real condition there that some donators already give the same package to elementary school students, therefore we only make 1000 packages of stationary and bag with UMEX logo on the surface. The funds are also allocated to buy toys and create small library for the schools by donating education books and story books. We also allocated the rest of donation for scholarship to 80 orphan student and who have special achievement in the school. However due to limitation of money, each student only got 625 Yen which normally used for tuition fee. Here I was helped by some MM-UGM students and local social organization to get the name of school which have not yet received donation from other donators and to deliver the donation surely to the victims that really need it. 最初の計画では、私はすべての寄付金を、被災地域の小学生たちに文房具一式をバックに詰めて配布しようと考えていました。しかし、現地に帰ってみると他の支援団体がすでに同様のセットを小学生たちに配っていることが分かりましたので、私たちは夢っくすのロゴ入りバックは1000個セットだけ用意することにしました。そして、残った義援金は、おもちゃの購入と、教材や絵本を収蔵する小さな図書館を開設するために使うことにしました。さらに、残った義援金は、80人の孤児たちに奨学金として差し上げることにしました。一人当たりの奨学金は625円で、基本的に授業料に充当されることになっています。まだ他の団体から義援金を受け取っていない学校のリストは、ガジャマダ大学の学生たちと地元組織の協力を得て入手し、義援金を本当に必要としている人たちに確実に届けるようにしました。 We hope that the victims will not soon forget the supporter who helped them. Therefore we create small library to make UGM student as UMEX representative can built strong relationship with them and in the future can visit them to make sure that the donation are used properly. UMEX member who have opportunity to visit Indonesia also can visit them some day in the future.
